“I am pleased with my canvas but unfortunately there was a delay in me receiving this in the timescale advised. I was informed this was due to me incorrectly entering my post code and whilst i accept responsibility if this was the situation, I was disappointed that the courier who had my full postal address was unable to check the post code to rectify the problem. This led to me receiving the canvas 8 days after it was ordered. As noted above the canvas itself is what I wanted and I am pleased in this regard.”
