“The picture I ordered was exactly as I expected, if not better. the order process was simple and it arrived in perfect condition quicker than expected. Couldn't ask for a better service. Oh and I consider the print great value for money.”

“I ordered a wall canvas as a present for my girlfriend. The canvas came within 3 days and was well packaged and the canvas itself was excellent quality. All in all a great service which I would use again and recommend to others. The picture will be going into her new home and will take pride of place in the lounge area. All the best Darren Drake”

“Ordered 5 prints. Excellent product and value for money. Delivery was free and next day as promised. Only suggestion would be clearer Return instructions on the site. And Customer support email is slow to respond. Otherwise an excellent experience.”

“I had been looking for a canvas print to go on a wall in our newly decorated lounge, but couldn't find one in any shop. I came across Wallfillers on the internet and chose a lovely scene of a lake which was the kind of subject I had hoped for. I was a little concerned about how the package might arrive in case it was damaged, but it was fine and the print looks great on our wall. Many thanks for a quick service. I would certainly buy from Wallfillers again.”

“To be honest the quality of the picture on the website was bright / great / light but when i got the print it was so dull and looked terrible so i have returned it for a full refund just annoyed it still cost me £6 return postage”

Most disappointed with your feedback. We are unable to do anything unless you advise us of a problem, on checking we note there is no mention of any problem, just a return request that we fulfilled for you. Wallfillers on screen colours are supplied as an indication only. Even if the resolution of your screen is properly adjusted, we cannot guarantee that the colours you see on your monitor correspond exactly to the Wallfillers colour range. We all see colour slightly differently. Please also note tablets and phones are not the best for colour representations, and also allow that computer screens are back lit. Though we are usually successful at getting them very near. We pride ourselves on both the products and customer service. We feel the products we offer are competitively priced and have been proven to be popular with our customers. We're sorry and a little disappointed that you did not take the opportunity to contact us regarding your concerns with your order. We encourage customers to get in contact with us so that we can resolve any issues to the customers satisfaction, before leaving negative feedback. “Very pleased with the canvas prints and it was extremely easy to use the template provided to get the exact postitioning on the wall. The actual picture is stunning quality and even better than appears on the website. Solid wooden frames. Delivery was very fast and item well packaged - will definitely buy from here again”
