“Packaged well . Very well. The best I've seen. Missing wall screws but I wouldn't use them anyway. I only mention them because the wall assembly instructions were in the box clearly stating screws.”

“The quality of the canvases and printing is lovely and the delivery and communication with seller was great. The price was brilliant too. My only niggle is that the reviews said it came with a template for hanging (it was a 3 part canvas) but this was not included. It made getting the spacing a bit difficult and my wall now has a few holes in it that I will need to fill. Other than that I'm very happy. Thankyou.”

“I ordered two large canvases, one for my living room and one for my dining room. They look even better in real life than on the pictures! I don't think the ordering process could be much easier, and the items arrived when promised. I've had a lovely shopping experience here and would recommend. I look forward to shopping here again!”

“The packaging for the Banksy print was damaged. It looked like it had been jammed in between other boxes and so had corners gouged into it. Although this occurred on the side with least protection (only one layer) and had although marked the plastic wrap of the canvas, there was only a very slight 'dent' in the canvas itself. I am ok to keep this as you cannot tell when it is hung on my sons wall. This looks like it was simply very poorly handled by your carrier. I can provide a photos if required.”

You have 2 obligations. 1) Sign for the goods with the courier as "Damaged upon Arrival" upon receipt at your nominated delivery address. 2) Notify us, in writing.
