Hello Dan, Thank you for your Review. We're confused by your feedback. You reached out seeking guidance: "Could you please advise me how to return the item purchased and assist with my being allowed to exchange it for an alternative Degas painting? Regards, Dan Duffy". To which we responded: "For an exchange, a credit will be issued and sent to you via email, or your chosen replacement will be sent, and if necessary, a modified invoice will be processed." You chose to receive a credit, which you successfully used to re-order "The Dance Foyer" after returning the "Dance Class". Given this, we're uncertain about the issue at hand. All customers are entitled to a full refund under distance selling laws. This wasn't something you requested? Aside from your Review and the exchange request, we haven't received any further communication from you. If there's something specific you'd like to discuss, please let us know. We're here to help!

“Very nice quality pictures which have a great impact on the rooms where they are now hanging. The pictures were well packaged and arrived undamaged and delivery was very quick. “I ordered the set of 3 cream and black neutral large framed pictures and although they are very nice, they have more of a greenish colour than shown on the websit, so unfortunately not suitable for my needs. Not expecting this I had stupidly not read the returns procedure and because of their size it has cost me £33 to send them back. If you aren't too picky about colour shades then I would definitely recommend them. Delivery was very fast and I also had a quick response to my email regarding returns.”
