“Very disappointed the canvas looks alot better on the website. Bought the canvas to go in my living room but looks cheap so put it upstairs on the landing wall.due to no invoice or returns paperwork being in the package”

“Speedy delivery Unfortunately the item was not suitable so had to return. Helpful customer service but having to pay a significant amount to return the item and then have to wait upto 14 days for a refund would prevent me from ordering again.”

Thank you for your review, Christine. We apologise that our service did not satisfy your expectations. We understand that return postage can be a contentious issue. We subsidise all original delivery, despite product quantity or size, only charging a minimum & nominal fee; as we are sure you can now appreciate, the actual cost to us is higher. We could offer free return postage; however, as we all know, nothing is "free", and our margins as a UK Manufacturer are very slim, so the price of goods would have to increase, and we would have to charge the actual delivery cost. Passing this on to All of our customers would be Unfair, as returns are Minimal, so we decided Not to increase the price of goods & keep our prices Competitive. You purchased on the 20th, your return request was on the 24th, and we received it back on Friday the 26th; this has been a bank holiday weekend, and we're just back at work. We only "advise" that you allow up to 14 working days for your refund; it has yet to be a day! We will ensure your refund is processed by the end of the week. Team @Wallfillers

“Very happy with the picture and the service. The only problem was that the hanging template was wrong and the hole drilled for the right side picture had to be filled and a new one drilled about 2 inches to the right.”
