“Really nice picture but it had a crease down the middle. However, it came out using a steam iron and a cloth so didn't have to be returned.”

“I’ve been looking for so long for the right picture, and came across Walmart direct,There were so many beautiful canvases to choose from and I had finally found one that I loved, It worked out £72 for the size I wanted, The delivery was fast, but when I unwrapped it the picture looks distorted when close up and the canvas was quite flimsy on the frame, Definitely not worth £72 very disappointing. Just wish I had read the reviews before I ordered.”

“I ordered a larger framed print and when it arrived the image was badly stretched. I contacted the sales team who were very slow to communicate and unhelpful when they did, suggesting I order a smaller image…. No apology or solution to the disappointing picture I’d been sent. I really would not recommend using this company. Please read the returns policy, you are expected to pay postage.”

“Such a massive choice of subject and frame size and type, it took me a looong time to decide. The order process was simple, the carrier was excellent, I was kept informed all the way, delivery was on time and super quick just before Christmas, well done. Would recommend”

“I think this operation is run by a China-based platform looking at the replies . . . It seems that the feedback ranges from 1 star to 5 . . which is an anomaly and are probably written by crowd-paid script writers - dime a dozen in China having worked there on quality-control. Think I will steer clear of this company”

“I recieved the picture in the wrong frame and have no email reciept or address to raise this issue . ...very poor service although the print is good the frame is not the one I wanted and I seem to have no route of redress”

“A huge range to choose from. We were looking for a large print to replace one of the same size we had already. Once we found one its production and delivery were pretty prompt. The resulting canvas print is great. If I'm really picky, it could be a bit more taut on the frame but the actual print is just what we wanted.”

“I ordered a framed print that cost £131 when it finally arrived (after numerous emails) I was pleasantly surprised at how well it was wrapped. When I took it out of the box i was frightened to lift it as it was so flimsy when I took a closer look at the frame it was gapping . I also noticed the print had a fold in the middle. I have attached pics on numerous emails to wall art direct asking for a refund/replacement/money off however havent received a reply it's now been 3 weeks. I have never been let down like this before with any company.”

“I never received the item I ordered although Wall Art took the money for it. They have done nothing to resolve the problem, neither offered a refund nor replacement. I have contacted them many times by email but they have not responded. I have also tried to phone them but the number they provide doesn’t ring out. Based on this experience I think they are incompetent and indifferent to their customers. I would never use them again. There are several trustworthy and reliable businesses offering a similar service and they do it much better. Businesses that fail their customers ultimately fail themselves.”
