I ordered a framed print that cost £131 when it finally arrived (after numerous emails) I was pleasantly surprised at how well it was wrapped. When I took it out of the box i was frightened to lift it as it was so flimsy when I took a closer look at the frame it was gapping . I also noticed the print had a fold in the middle. I have attached pics on numerous emails to wall art direct asking for a refund/replacement/money off however havent received a reply it's now been 3 weeks. I have never been let down like this before with any company.
