“The pieces of art work were just as expected and arrived very promptly. If you want reasonably priced prints this is a good option. One frame was damaged in transit and Wallart replaced it immediately with no fuss sending out a replacement the same day. Great customer service.”

“Order tracking did not work, as it wasn't with the courier company. Tried to contact Wallart Direct by phone, number did not work. No response to e-mails. Waited 23 days for the poster to eventually arrive. Just received an e-mail out of the blue saying it was going to be delivered. Not overly pleased with the quality of the print, wording was blurred and odd spots of ink around the poster. A very disappointing experience, especially as the Trustpilot reviews had been good!!!”

“There was a small issue with my order. This was resolved efficiently and quickly and very much to my satisfaction. This took time and effort on their part. Which was much appreciated. As a result of this, I would recommend this company more highly than had everything just gone smoothly.”

“The item ordered was never received. I had confirmation that Evri had the item and then they returned them to you for an unexplained reason. All attempts to contact your customer services via telephone, live chat and messaging were all unanswered. I have now applied for a refund. I certainly would not recommend your company.”

“I never received my items. Attempted to contact Wallart Direct 6 times with no luck. Attempting to get a recharge through my bank. UPDATE: After posting this review I received a refund very quickly. No response on other channels, but happy it is now resolved.”

“I recently moved address and when ordering my phone auto-filled my old address for delivery and I didn't see as the billing address was correct. I've emailed 3 times and tried live chat twice with no response, the phone number goes nowhere and the delivery company won't change it independently. I've now had an email from Evri saying it will be delivered in the next few days, normally waiting over a week for a vague date would be annoying, now I'm just hoping it gives me time to actually get a response! If you have any issues their is no customer service at all, avoid.”

“Be very careful when ordering from this company. They take your money immediately and send an acknowledgement. Ordered on 6th October and nothing arrived despite trying to get hold of them, phone sounds like a mobile switched off and won't answer e mails. Currently £250 down and no sign of my order”

“I ordered two FRamed Prints 11 days ago and still have not received them. The tracking information is useless and says sent to the carrier and not changed. I have tried calling the sales number on the site and no response and tried the chat line no response !!”
