“I couldn’t recommend Waggel enough. Not only is their transparency just that but they are nothing but helpful. From questions I had at the very beginning, before committing to moving my dogs over to their services, right up to how they have just handled a claim I have had to make. Through their online chat, I spoke with Katie. I let her know my dog was currently rather ill and undergoing treatment across 2 veterinary clinics and as I was trying to get my head around how I go about putting in a claim that was rather complicated with no end date at that particular time. Katie couldn’t of been more understanding - that I was rather distraught with our dogs current predicament - or more helpful and made the whole experience that much easier and one less stress I had to think about whilst my pup was so ill. I would also like to thank our Customer Champion, Holly. I highly recommend Waggel and thank them for all their help.”
