“Incredible. My fur-son was diagnosed with Addison’s disease. We had no idea what this was and was completely overwhelmed, he was hours away from dying. Money was the last thing on our mind but at the same time also a worry. Waggel sorted everything out & was resolved so quickly. “My dog Bertie has Dry Eye and thank goodness I took out lifetime policy with Waggle everyone was telling ha let’s see if they pay, waste of time pet insurance etc etc. This is not the case with Waggel I have received nothing but totally professional service, claiming is easy, payment is prompt and best thing is you are kept informed all the way. “I had only been with waggle a month before I had to sadly claim due to my pup having to have an Xray! I honestly didn't realize how expensive the vets were! After much panic at the large amount I had to pay , I honestly can not believe how easy and helpful waggel made it for me, and the fact that you have some one to talk to 27 if need be is brilliant! ....my boy still feels very sorry for himself but he's on the mend fingers crossed 🤞”
