“I can't answer this question as I have only paid one premium and have yet to use the insurance. This question is not helpful and appears to be a very annoying form of marketing.”

“Very impressed with your company profile. My only concern, and maybe you may want to review this, is your “standard clause” about not covering any claims for the first 14 days. While this is understandable and probably desirable to stop fraudulent claims, your competitors (Bought By Many) waive this clause on condition that there is no gap between insurance. I have decided not to go with Bought By Many as it’s hopefully a lifetime commitment to a lifetime policy and I want to choose my dogs cover carefully but, I would rather be without risk for 14 days. Maybe, when taking new (puppy) clients who have had breeders 5 week cover you could try and match Bought By Many for dogs less than 3 months.”

“Waggel is the first pet insurance that I actually feel like I understand. The sign up process was quick and easy, and I love the discounts that I get as a member - I've already made use of some of them, and discovered some great brands. I recently made my first claim, and it couldn't have been easier! I didn't have to talk to someone on the phone or fill out any complicated forms. It took less than 5 minutes to submit my claim, and within two weeks I received my payout. Really glad I made the switch to Waggel.”

“It’s early days, but so far I am impressed with the simplicity of the set-up, good pricing and ease of use I found at Waggel. Having just become a puppy owner for the first time, I was exasperated by how complicated and time consuming setting up insurance was for dogs. Luckily, I came across Waggel, and they automatically got my vote for getting rid of all the unnecessary jargon and silly ‘rules’ for insuring my dog. It took me about two minutes of simple questions to insurance my puppy, and both my cats. Am very pleased with them so far!”

“I was with another insurance before. WHile they were fine, their price went up and up every year. I have two cats, not one, so I felt the increase in price twice each year. After 3 year I decided to switch and found Waggel. I searched a lot, read a lot and made sure I got all my info before deciding. In the end I wasn't sure between Bought by Many and Waggel. They both offer life cover and free video calls with vet, but decided for Waggel because Bought by Many only covers £150 towards dental treatment and only if it an accident, not an illness. Now, everyone who has had a cat before knows that is ridiculous. My cats are still very young so I hopefully dont need to worry about that for a while, but still. So far so good. I also like the app feature.”

“Extremely easy to set up, compared to an antiquated insurer, who quoted us over double the cost of Waggel (for less cover) because of one of the breeds in my cross...needless to say if this company does what it says on the tin when the time comes, they have changed the face of pet insurance. Easy Peasy 😊”

“Only joined 10 days ago but very easy and straightforward to sign up and reasonable charges (around £20 per month to cover 2 kittens). Hope the premium doesn't start going up or might need to reconsider! The free veterinary video call facility seems great! Also like the fact that the policy covers dental costs, and that you can supposedly make claims in such a hassle free manner - still to be tested though...!”
