“Very Good unfortunately Bear has relapsed and is now in Chestergate Dog Hospital. His diarrhoea has not improved and has now been there all weekend . A much larger bill to follow and I appreciate my excess plus amount covered so will send invoice when I get it”

“Above excellent from start to finish. You covered my American bulldog when others wouldn't. You only charged a fraction of a price compared to pet plan who charged over £160 for the same cover! Your staff are amazing with their swift responses and even though I was only covered for a short period of time before our baby injured himself, you covered it with no issues. I can not recommend you highly enough. A very happy Odin who has 7 weeks out of the 8 post surgery waiting for the update next week! Wouldn't be possible without this insurance xx”
