“We found the whole experience very positive and easy to complete on line. From the moment we put in the claim, Tarren our customer champion, worked hard to resolve our claim. We felt that Tarren genuinely cared for us and our dog Fia. She kept in contact with us and chased the vets for the history and invoices. Once they were furnished with all the details a quick decision was made and money transferred. It has been a very easy and reassuring experience, so thank you from very satisfied customers.”

“Brilliant! Easy to set up the cover initially choosing exactly what we wanted. Just made a claim for gastroenteritis and it's all settled quickly and so easily! Just in a different league to all the other insurance companies as far as I can see , having dealt with many before I retired from veterinary practice! Update 14/11/21 Just had to claim again for an ear problem this time. Took a little longer but now all settled without quibble . So reassuring having good insurance cover - vet bills ,for even fairly minor problems, are so much bigger than when we worked in the profession (retired 11years now) !! Update April 2022 Just had to claim for my other little dog who has been poorly this month. All settled so quickly and smoothly again. While in the vets we overheard another poor lady trying to make sense of an insurance claim form with another company- so very much easier with Waggel! Thanks for your friendly ,helpful service. May 2022 Can't fault Waggel - our "big girl" suffered a life threatening crisis last Friday which needed a visit to the emergency vet practice and urgent surgery - I'm pleased to say she's made it through and in less than a week she's bouncing back and Waggel have sorted the claim already! June 2022 What a couple of months we're having! This time the little one! The gastritis following her "indiscretion " eating horse droppings has become a chronic problem so lastweek saw us trekking off up to a referrral centre in Somerset for extensive investigations and subsequently a fat bill again. Once again Waggel was there for us. Claim easy and settled in less than 10days. Its a worrying time with poorly pups but Waggle at least help ease the financial part of it.Thankyou so much.”

“Disappointed to find a 14 day ‘warm up’ period applied to my policy. We have a 9+ week old puppy and last night he got sick from eating something in the garden. However, after an online discussion with a Waggeler it was agreed that our Puppy would be covered, which we were extremely pleased about. I have forwarded the suggestion that Waggel should consider a different ‘warm up’ period in that if you have a claim in the first 2-4 weeks it will be covered/refunded once you’ve paid three months premium. That would seem a fair compromise.”
