“Logging Microsoft 365 support tickets take longer than expected. When logged directly with Microsoft support (non-reseller) cases are responded to often within 15 minutes and occasionally within an hour. With Vuzion/ Infinigate it's days or weeks. It's been embarrassing experience reselling your products when it's better and quicker for customers to go direct.”
