“Not kept up to date on the ticket Had to keep calling multiple times every day to get updates When Cobweb was provided information this often took me calling up multiple times chasing the ticket only to find 2 days later the information hadn't been passed over to the 3rd party”

“The response time was slow. Had to chase a couple of times to get a response. The same case is dealt in different threads each time an email is sent, sometimes making it had to trace the original issue. Would be better if a single email thread is used from the start to the end of a query to resolve it so that we don't have to dig further on both sides.”
