“Very responsive and helpful, so that was great. Lost a star for going ahead and making a change that I didn't actually ask for. I was only making an enquiry. It was no problem in this case but I can imagine other scenarios where that could cause a problem.”

“Communication was good and I was kept up to date on progress. Although a fix hasn't been put in place, Alan was proactive in offering a temporary workaround.”
