“I emailed into Support. Stephen Conlon responded saying he couldn't see my query being an issue. After I called him to explain to him I'm not a licencing expert, just the Billing Administrator he spoke me through the steps, but I had to be assertive in saying to him that I'm not clued up on MSPP (the MS Portal). He then happily lead me through it and explained a few things I asked about. Great Service! Just remember most of us don't know what we're doing... that's why we Raise a Ticket. :)”
