Support from Jay Wilson has been fantastic. There has been frustration around the speed of response from the wider support team and the requirement to challenge things before action being taken. However, I can't fault Jay. He's been proactive and engaging.

I emailed into Support. Stephen Conlon responded saying he couldn't see my query being an issue. After I called him to explain to him I'm not a licencing expert, just the Billing Administrator he spoke me through the steps, but I had to be assertive in saying to him that I'm not clued up on MSPP (the MS Portal). He then happily lead me through it and explained a few things I asked about. Great Service! Just remember most of us don't know what we're doing... that's why we Raise a Ticket. :)

Account manager is responsive which is positive I do find navigating the Vuzion portal is sometimes a challenge but that could just be as Im not familiar with it.
