“Great support - my main account manager is Darren Roberts. Darren has been very supportive of our business growth and our development as a CSP partner. He has ensured that we have had access to CSP support materials / events and has also introduced us to other Vusion partners and on occasions new business opportunities. Darren is also very supportive of our end clients and also involves Craig Gordon when necessary - both enhance the strength of our business propositions. We are very happy with Vusion, however sometimes support is not as responsive as I'd like. I suspect however that you are very busy. If possible I would like a facility to log an enquiry so that issues can be logged and tracked.”

“Information provided was very good but a copy of the message trace may have been beneficial to pass onto the customer. Other than that as usual a very high level of service was provided.”
