“Service was great,I had a question which was answer no problems customer service was great. Product is ok door had some blemishes in the paint ,but on the whole was ok . Cost wise a bit on the expensive side as it all come unassembled.”

Hi Jeremy, Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback - we are pleased to hear you are happy with the service received 👍 Apologies to hear of your disappointment regarding the assembly aspect, the product you purchased is from our wooden ultimate front door range which is advertised as requiring professional fitting, and the fitting instructions are also available to download in advance. It is standard practise within the industry to supply timber front doors unassembled, apologies again that this did not meet your expectations. Our composite and aluminium front door ranges arrive pre-assembled into the frame with everything pre-machined. “It’s a beautiful looking door and door frame, but sadly the door is bowed which means it’s a struggle to get in and out of the door as the key doesn’t work properly. Bitterly disappointed about this but can’t complain because I would have to pay another £500 to have a new door fitted and I’m not willing to do that, I understood this was the type of door that wouldn’t bow.”

“Have fitted your doors for various customers some order themselves and i fit them. This is the first one I ordered myself, really easy created the correct opening and away you go. Really nice doors at a good price.”

“Website ordering and customer service were super easy and responsive. Various boxes were delivered promptly (2wks) to suit my availability, which contained everything I needed to DIY install. After reinforcing the beam above the door, because they hang, the installation instructions were very easy to follow and proved precise. Very satisfying installation job for a competent DIYer.”

“Lost over £2200(£1700 for door set and £500 installation ) with this company. A door that simply end up in the skip. Fed up of fighting with stubborn people and just paid a local company to fit a new set and dispose this one. Customer service will fight for this rubbish product to the point that will accuse you of wanting money and they’re rubbish . For Vufold feedback is more important than anything. Unfortunately companies like this still operate.”

Dear Mihai, Further to our previous correspondence, we are saddened to see that you are continuing to post negative feedback online, damaging our company reputation while sharing inaccurate information. To clarify, we have offered to refund the full cost of the door and collect it from your property on multiple occasions. However, until we are in receipt of the door, we cannot issue a refund. We are unsure why you chose to put the door in a skip and purchase a new one when there was the option of a full refund. We are also confused as to why you paid a joiner to install a door that you weren’t happy with in the first place. Had you simply got in touch when you first took delivery of the door and informed us that it didn’t meet your expectations, we would have arranged collection and this unfortunate incident would never have occurred. Far from being stubborn, we are simply following standard trading procedures that any supplier would adhere to - if a customer is in receipt of a product, then that product must be paid for. Once the product has been returned, a full refund can be issued. We hope you are very happy with your new door. Regards, Vufold

“The installers have just completed fitting the Bi-Fold doors and my wife and I are delighted with the result. The product quality was superb and fitting instructions were most comprehensive which made the installation so much easier. The internal partition provides us with a much cosier living room which we will enjoy during the winter months. “We were referred to Vufold by a 3rd party. Shane was super helpful with our queries regarding the Inspire Internal Bifold Door and subsequent order etc. Helpful that delivery can be delayed by a few weeks. Looking forward to our builders installing the item.”

“My five star rating is based on my experience of Vufold so far. I have yet to erect the doors which looks as though it is going to be quite a challenge. Martin Shane could not have been of greater assistance. He answered all my queries by return and really helpfully. I have not had to use the returns process”
