“Product and service very good from Vufold, however let down by the courier service that Vufold use. Failed to deliver on first date and failed to deliver all products on second date. Very annoying when having to take time of work.”

“Fantastic customer service, extremely helpful and polite at all times. We had an issue with the quality of the chrome coating on our hinges, VuFold arranged for the hardware manufacturer to produce some upgraded hinges and had them delivered from Germany. I have recommended this company numerous times.”

“A few weeks after fitting the doors, we noticed a dark patch had developed on one of the doors. I contacted the company and sent some photographs of the fault. The company arranged for the faulty door to be replaced at our convenience without any quibble. Excellent customer service.”

“Ordering was very simple and clear - items arrived quickly, securely and were delivered by considerate and helpful couriers. The frame was easy to construct and all of the instructions were clear, comprehensive and made the process very simple, even for someone who has not installed anything like this before. All of the tools and parts supplied were equally useful and the whole product was very well made and there were no issues at all. I would highly recommend this product and it certainly represents value for money.”
