“Excellent first person contact, spoke to David a couple of times over some minor enquires and all were resolved there and then. VuFold also have a show room which is worth a quick visit before you build so that you can see how the units fix together and mount, they encourage you to photo the door you are ordering so it helps with construction.”

“Dealing with the office was a pleasure as staff are friendly, open and very helpful. As we live within easy distance of the Vufold office we visited the showroom twice and were made to feel welcome and that our business mattered to them. When we asked if a quick delivery could be made we were promised a call back which came within 30 minutes and a delivery schedule had already been arranged and finalised. Delivery was made on time and all items unloaded and stacked for us. Excellent customer service.”

“Product and service very good from Vufold, however let down by the courier service that Vufold use. Failed to deliver on first date and failed to deliver all products on second date. Very annoying when having to take time of work.”

“Fantastic customer service, extremely helpful and polite at all times. We had an issue with the quality of the chrome coating on our hinges, VuFold arranged for the hardware manufacturer to produce some upgraded hinges and had them delivered from Germany. I have recommended this company numerous times.”

“A few weeks after fitting the doors, we noticed a dark patch had developed on one of the doors. I contacted the company and sent some photographs of the fault. The company arranged for the faulty door to be replaced at our convenience without any quibble. Excellent customer service.”
