“The customer service was excellent, they telephoned me to confirm the order, delivery as they said, quality of the produce is excellent, I had internal bifold doors and now the area is plastered and decorated they look amazing.”

“Doors were delivered on the date specified. The doors look beautiful and are very well constructed. Make sure you leave enough time to finish the doors before they get installed (takes roughly 3 days with drying in between coats). Would highly recommend them.”

“It's first time we used Vufold, we were quite dissappointed with the end result as we intended to purchase the 2.4 metre Finnesse Bifold Internal Doors in white without the trail at the bottom, not realising that this was option was only available in oak, rather to offer an option of swapping with the price paid, only option was to drop off which was 2 hours away from us and I am in my third trimester of Pregnancy which would have been impossible then to re-order. Surely spending all that money a service to cater for the swap should have been available given the circumstances:(”

Thank you for your feedback, I am sorry to hear of your requirement to return your doors during what is understandably a busy period. Unfortunately, no retailer is able to get insurance on what is classed as a ‘3rd party collect’ with a courier, as we would be instructing them to collect goods from a 3rd party and return them to us. In order for you to be insured with the courier should the items become lost or damaged during the collection/return, the party in possession of the goods must arrange the return delivery. We would like to make it as easy as possible for customers to return items if needed and arrange the collection/ return ourselves, however, there simply isn’t the insurances to cover this type of collection, potentially leaving the customer out of pocket should the items become lost or returned to us damaged.

“After receiving the doors I found them easy to install. The only thing that I would change is the seal on the mean opening door which was the 21 type and this does not allow the door to close smoothly I would put a brush type seal instead”

“The first point of contact was your telephone helpline and your advisor seemed knowledgeable and helpful. Following that we ordered the doors and they duly arrived and all the parts were present. The builder didn't have any problems and we are all pleased with the quality.”

“Excellent delivery & communication. This is the second set of Master doors I've installed. The product itself is absolutely faultless. These are by far the most superior doors I've fitted and I've installed quite a few over the years. The quality of the manufacturing process is second to one and the fully comprehensive fittings pack aids the installation. Finally the grey coating on the pre finished doors is also brilliant. Would definitely recommend.”

“Good product. Fitter rated the doors highly. One negative which I didn't think would happen is the draught I am getting under the door. There is a considerable gap between the floor and the bottom of the door. Should their be draught proofing or is this the way it is? I look forward to your remarks.”

“From a showroom visit,answering queries by telephone,through to ordering and delivery I was dealt with courteously and efficiently. The product, though not cheap, was of excellent quality including the hardware,tools and instructions so I did not need to use the offered telephone helpline proving that paying for quality is worthwhile. The only small niggle was the draughtproof seal had a slight gap in the middle of doors 1 and 2 but as these were internal doors it is not important just visually irksome.”
