“Amazing service and a quality product. Prior to ordering we contacted Vufold twice with questions about the internal bifold doors we were wanting to order. The staff were very helpful and knowledgeable about the product. After ordering, the communication about delivery was first class, with regular updates by email. The doors were delivered on time, and the third party delivery company were very good. Following installation we needed to contact Customer Support as we had four small screws missing (this didn’t affect the installation). The screws were delivered the next day by Royal Mail First Class Tracked. The quality of the doors exceeded our expectations. They look and operate great! Overall, 10 out of 10 for product and service, and I can highly recommend!”

“As an engineer I appreciate quality and design and consider Vufold's Status range to offer exceptional quality, technical performance and value for money. Furthermore, their after-sales service was exceptional and on the two occasions I contacted them to query or check on a particular installation procedure, they replied promptly with a fully detailed answer and included video snips to clarify. The quality of product and communication from Vufold at all stages of the project would lead me to fully recomend Vufold to others as a quality company and I will certainly be purchasing other doors and windows from them.”

“From initial enquiry,through to delivery everything went smoothly. The 2 sets of status bifolds were delivered with no damage and on time even in a busy period for Vufold. We are extremely pleased with the quality of the product and they look fantastic now they have been installed. “Excellent product. This is a return visit to Vufold. Last year we purchased two 2.7m bare oak bifolds for the front of our house. I stained them dark outside and clear varnish inside (light). We were so happy with the product, its ease of assembly and fit, plus how it glides beautifully on the top rail. A huge positive change to our old Everest Patio doors, which is an unfair comparison as they were 40khrs old! Anyway, we were so pleased that we recently bought a 2.4m bifold for the rear of the house to replace some French doors I fitted 15yrs ago. Great product, great website, great delivery. We had the same guys deliver from bifold and they remembered the previous time :)”

“Dealing with Vufold was a pleasure. Josh who I dealt with answered all of my pre-sale questions with no problems. What was even more of a pleasure is the qualtiy of the bi-fold doors I purchased and have had fitted. I cannot answer what the after sales would be like as I didn't have any problems.”

“Fitted internal and external bifold doors. Really impressed with manufacturing quality and fine tolerances.Straightforward to fit as I have reasonable skills. Pleased with smooth operation of doors for both the double glazed exterior triple door into the conservatory and also the double bifold just fitted and used as a room divider into dining room. Good delivery with obvious care taken in packaging products securely and also in transit by delivery driver. Fittings and hinges etc surprisingly good quality as standard. Second set of doors bought after good experience previously. Makes a huge difference to comfort in winter months and opens up in seconds when needed to create open space.Will buy again when need arises on other projects.”
