“I can say a couple of things did go wrong as part of an initial delivery mix up ( the delivery company would and then would not deliver to a ferry terminal ), the vufold staff however did everything they could to correct the situation and were very helpful .”

“Product and service very good from Vufold, however let down by the courier service that Vufold use. Failed to deliver on first date and failed to deliver all products on second date. Very annoying when having to take time of work.”

“On the whole we are very pleased with our purchase. After an initial delay in receiving doors due to some miscommunication, which was sorted very efficiently by Amanda, we installed the doors within a day. This was only hamperred by the fact the wrong lock was sent with the doors. This was again sorted quickly and efficiently with little fuss within days. The doors seem very well made with good seals and instructions are reasonably clear. I may have struggled on my own so would recommend someone with building experience to assist to get the best out of the doors. Good quality, good value and good service. Thank you.”

“The doors are of high quality and installed beautifully. We are delighted. Although there was a small bit of damage to one of the original doors Vufold customer service was excellent and delivered a new one the next day. Highly recommended.”
