This has now been refunded for you as a gesture of goodwill, as we appreciate that the products you received were slightly different to the pictures on our website. From time to time due to the manufacturing processes involved with the smaller/larger product sizes, products can look slightly different to expected, but is something we are looking at on a pro-active basis to prevent further issues from arising. “Used desk cable access fittings to tidy up the holes left by kitchen installer in the back of cupboards; perfect to tidy up around pipes and appliance flexes - especially as a good choice of colours and sizes were available. Delivery was very fast and price very keen. Would recommend Vital Parts for those hard to find finishing touches. Expect further orders direct from the kitchen fitter, who thought it a great solution and would enhance his quality work.”
