“I ordered “Nail On Glides - NAI016” but received quite a different style of glides similar to "Nail On Glides - NAI003" which I consider to be quite a different product. Unfortunately I needed to install this over the weekend and has to use what I received which was a shame.”

“I ordered two types of rubber insert feet for metal kitchen chairs - one set was ribbed which fitted but the other set which were angled were not ribbed and too big for the chairs. The size seemed the same on the web site but I did not pick up one set was ribbed and the other not. I will come back to you when I run out of rubber feet.”

“we needed domed inserts for a set of 6 garden chair legs. The website however, I found so complicated with measurements etc. etc. that after 20 mins. of wondering which size, I just picked up the phone, and a very helpful person took the measurements of the tubing, told me immediately which size was needed, so I was able to order then and there. The inserts arrived within a few days, and it was very satisfying to bash them home with the rubber hammer. Job done.”
