“I ordered some caster towers for my office chair, to replace the caster wheels. Dispatch was prompt, and the prices were more than acceptable. There was a £10 minimum order, so I had to add on a small item but this was a minor issue. The items supplied were 10mm not the 11mm that I needed, but Vital-Parts' customer service was very good indeed as they posted me the replacements without any hassle, and I received them the next day. The true test of customer service is when things do not go quite right. I am very happy with their service.”
