“Alex at Vital Parte was very helpful in helping us to determine which replacement feet needed for our banquet chairs. Two different samples were sent and arrived the next day. I placed the order over the phone, was advised that the Easter holiday might Delaney delivery but they arrived two days later. Great service and good prices. I definitely recommend Vital Parts.”

“Just all round excellent service. A breath of fresh air compared with the normal levels experienced in internet shopping. Thank you Brian! With the samples sent first, and my worries over my (possibly) inaccuate measuring when it comes down to mms, I was able to select the exact right product and it absolutely did the trick - fitted perfectly to all 36 chair legs!
