“Excellent Customer Service - did not want to spend £15 as only required a few inexpensive items - paid over the phone and then went and collected from them an hour later as they were local to me - a real find will use again !!!”

“Vital Parts dealt with my small order for chair feet very efficiently despite lockdown - ordered online Sunday, received Thursday. Spoilt for choice - four options available to replace my existing worn out chair feet, all at very reasonable prices. Has given our chairs a new lease of life for a few pounds spent.
