“Products received were fine but I found the descriptions and particularly the dimensions and the sketches of them , unclear, so I had to order several different sizes to be sure to get what I wanted.”

“Speedy processing and delivery of 3 types of saddle washers. Upon receipt of the goods, one set were of an incorrect specification but when advised of the error, customer service did a very rapid job of righting the wrong. Still very impressed with Vital Parts and the quality of their products.”
