“Me and my husband travelled 3 hours to the vintage sofa co to purchase a hand made leather corner settee and a Persian rug both items are bespoke. Our whole experience was perfect from admin to venue to delivery. I’m so prefect with my settee and rug such a statement piece. The business is a family run business and the owners and family make you feel so welcome with hand made cookies and warm drinks. Honestly we will be customers for life as long as your still trading! Thank you so much”

“Cannot recommend. Highly stressful and problematic purchase. Saved up for ages, and item was delivered faulty and unusable, lost hundreds of pounds in time off work to resolve, and they finally did deal with the problem, but never followed through with the token goodwill gesture of small reimbursement (which was a fraction of what I lost in many many days missed work). The sofa is just a giant reminder of the weeks of anxiety and drama :-(”

“Arrived very quickly, but paint marks were not removed from the sofa and was not treated prior to delivery as promised, then found 3 out of the 4 arms on the sofa and chair purchased that the wood was collapsed underneath the leather, delivery men returned to collect (who were very helpful) & was sent to have the arms repaired. Returned back to me within a week and still not great as had a nail about to poke through he leather (still has & the arms still feel very precarious as feel weak) Wouldn't use again as I know its a vintage sofa but could have bought a new one with a warranty for the price we paid. Didn't feel a valued customer, just a nuisance that it was my fault it was faulty!”
