“I ordered a roll of 19mm Tesa 4289 bike rim tape. First time I had used this and it seems excellent. When I ordered it online I marked that it was "for collection" in the order notes box as the website had advised, and in due course, I should have received a refund for the carriage and notification that it was ready to collect. I did not hear anything and then it arrived through the post. This did not matter that much in the end, but I had been intending to collect it.”

“Wasn't sure which sticky pads I needed so called up the team at Viking. Was immediately put through to someone very knowledgeable. They gave me two options and the one I chose was perfect for the job I needed it for, used the pads for lots of other things too now and the 'stickiness' is excellent. Very happy.”

“I bought some specilast adhesive from them with the nozzles to go with it. i had used up the last of my previous nozzles, and i have a deadline job, only to find ehtye have send the wrong ones, after waiting 2 months for them 😡”

“Magnetic tape was not originally in stock but good communication from Viking enabled item to be delivered within an acceptable time frame. Good product at a very competitive price.”

“3m surface cleaner. website showed a photo of two bottles of 3m surface cleaner for £20.95. only one bottle arrived in the delivery, when I phoned to ask why only one bottle had been sent the was that it was a website problem. It is not a website problem it is miss selling and miss guiding the buyer into thinking that they are getting two bottles not one. other companies selling the same product sell one bottle for £12 to £14. Probably against advertising regulations.”

“Arrived next day as ordered and well packaged. Also appreciate they used shreaded paper in the packaging to reduce plastic waste. I haven't used the products yet so can't comment that just yet.”

“These guys are consistently good at providing competitively priced products, it would be good if they gave an option of cheaper (say, Parcel Force) delivery rather than just their expensive next-day option (which we all need occasionally). This can erode the competitive product pricing.”
