Everyone that I've had dealings with at Viking have always been very friendly, helpful and professional. However, the review today is in response to unbelievably good customer service that I have received from Rachel Bower in the accounts department. I asked via email for some help regarding paperwork, and Rachel sorted everything and got the info over to me quicker than I could boil a kettle. MASSIVE thanks to Rachel, and all at VIKING!
