“The product I ordered took nearly three months to arrive : ) But Viking Tapes had already made me aware of sourcing issues and offered me a refund. Given that I couldn't find this particular tape anywhere else I said I was happy to wait. Now that it has arrived it is exactly as described and what I require. I am very happy with the product and service. Good customer service. I would certainly use them again.”

“I researched for a particular 3M tape and was very pleased to find that Viking Tapes carried the product and due to an easy-to-navigate website, it proved to be a very straightforward purchase process. A day later I received an out-of-stock message but the delay was minimal with my tape arriving 4 days later so all-in-all, a very satisfied customer.”
