Excellent range of tapes of varying widths, thicknesses and qualities. I was able to find just what I wanted to address problems with the fit of an inset kitchen sink I was reinstalling. Job done! Perfect! Good ordering process, item well packed, I was kept informed throughout, and good value for money despite the P&P for one roll. I've got masses of tape left for other jobs in the future. I've added Viking to my Bookmarks potential future orders and will recommend to others.

Firstly, very expensive post & packaging prices. Secondly placed order and then informed of a delay. Would not use Viking again.

Customer sales woman wrote a load of nasty and sarcastic nonsense when I emailed to complain about a garbage so called all weather tape manufactured by them. I think she must be about five years old. Garbage product made by idiots.

I’ve never had to order this type of product before. Think it’s aimed at businesses. £9 for delivery was more than the tape. It also took days to dispatch as it had to be cut from a roll. A small roll of tape came in a large ish box, which then had sellotape rapped around it. Difficult to get into and recycle. Not used the tape yet. I wouldn’t have ordered it due to the high postage costs but it was recommended.

Not delivered. As I've not received my order, three weeks after placing it, I cannot review the product. What I can say is that DPD appear to have lost my order and despite four emails to Viking they have not been able to track down my order and my project is now being held up. I'm not happy.

Always order from them, and say goods in stock, but then get an email to say out of stock and takes 2 weeks to deliver. So be prepared and plan ahead if tapes etc. needed. No really good service, espically if you have to pay for delivery.

They sent the correct product. However, the delivery was shockingly slow (many weeks). There was no indication at time of ordering that they expected such a delayed delivery and little communication during the very long wait.
