“Product wasn't immediately available but communication from Viking was good so it didn't matter. DPD is a good courier.”

“Would have given 5 stars but for the fact i always collect and there is no option to tick a box online, so every time i have to contact Viking to refund delivery charge. Service is great with technical advise readily available.”

“The 3m fine line is good tape product and reasonable price. I do think that £9 for postage for something that is well under 100 grams and fits into a lettersize envelope is rather expensive.”

“4 stars given as i havent applued tape yet. Purchased bicycle rim tape to try. So far tape delivered looks, smells and tastes just like more well known and more expensive brands. Whether they are just buying this same tape and re-badging and increasing price, who knows. Anyway looking forward to applying and trying Vikings tape. Purchase and delivery quick and simple.”

“These guys are consistently good at providing competitively priced products, it would be good if they gave an option of cheaper (say, Parcel Force) delivery rather than just their expensive next-day option (which we all need occasionally). This can erode the competitive product pricing.”

“What I probably value the most about Viking Tapes is that it's a one-stop shop for tape, for specific applications (even if they're not necessarily the originally intended applications, e.g. 'helicopter tape' for bike frame protection). They know what they're talking about. They also come up early in any internet search if you use appropriate search terms. All of this is useful if you don't want to get caught up in the Amazon/ Ebay maze, comparing products and perhaps get led astray by cheaper, less effective products. It will save me time and effort. That's not to say that there aren't other products out there, not sold by Viking Tapes, which aren't worth a look, because that's not the case - I've found other products which work pretty well. There are other products out there, but if you want to start with the best available products as a baseline, then Viking Tapes is a good place to start. You'll find them here.”

“Excellent service and prompt delivery. One star dropped because delivery charge of nearly £5 for a roll of tape costing under £8, but I suppose I'm not Viking's typical custiomer.”

“Good product. Okay turnaround. Only thing needs looked at from a Viking' management perspective is a better, more cost-effective Courier to Northern Ireland (Try Parcelforce / DPD) instead of the price gouging currently. Paid more for the courier than the product. As a guideline we can get a huge 30Kg Box from NI to GB on 2-day DPD48 service for £6.01 as of Nov'22. We paid 5 times this from Viking coming GB to NI.”
