“A great range at good prices (especially in the January Sale) and they really have their delivery system sorted. I should like to see a little advice from someone who has actually fitted items with hints on things to watch out-for, for example the lid on the built-in cistern units is full depth so it cannot be fastened to a wall and then tiled in after. The Drawer vanity unit has a central cut-out for plumbing which determines the positioning of inlets and outlets so a note to that effect would have helped in planning. That might just need to be a cautionary pop-up at time of order if a customer orders incompatible items, much in the same way as necessary extras are highlighted. The 'gray' units I bought were more 'brown with grey streaks' and since colours don't always translate properly on-screen, it might be worth having a 'next-day sample' service with the cost deductible from your order? Those were the only things that prevented me awarding 5-stars to a fine example of all that is good in online retailing.”
