“Very satisfied with the products but the delivery options are expensive. I’ve never come across a company that drops a pallet on the roadside at a residential address unless you are prepared to pay over £40 !!!!”

“Bought a WC & basin unit set and elec rain shower. The units and sanitary were all good but the shower was less pleasing. Looks good but feels cheap, instructions were generic and hard to follow, performance of shower is dissatisfying”

“I bought a sample tile. I was disappointed to see that the delivery cost almost £3. There was only one tile I wanted and this one tile cost £3. Other tile companies make this a lot cheaper and for such a large company this did surprise me.”

“Delivery was prompt for the first delivery as advised. However we were notified of a delivery for the second part of the order by a different courier but did not turn up until the next day. The quality for the products is very good and will use Victorian Plumbing again”

“Ordering , delivery all went without a hitch however the amount of Wooden and plastic packaging , which the delivery driver doesn’t take away was excessive . I was left with a wooden tower and pallet plus plastic wrap on my front step until my husband was able to deal with it ... it needed an axe .”
