“Accurate description, arrived well packaged and intact. Delivery a bit slower than most online retailers but they were honest and estimate was accurate. Overall happy with my purchase.”

“Good service thank you. Could have been improved if the delivery driver was able to drop the pallet in my garage, as promised, instead of 30 meters away from our garage on the road. I had to ask a neighbour to help me carry an entire bathroom suite, plus radiator, fittings, etc. the 30 meters to my garage.”

“Bathroom tap with all the parts needed to complete the job. Arrived on time. I had to buy a new drain as the one supplied was 80mm and I needed 100mm. Other than that it would 5 stars”

“Victoria plumbing were excellent but the delivery company they use were very poor and on both occasions delivered to the wrong property which meant we had to drive to pick up the large items.”

“Service is awesome when you finally get in touch and I had a cabinet which was damaged but was taken care of in a timely manner after a bit of emailing back and forth in the end I couldn't be happier with all my items and the service only criticism is dealing with things a bit quicker other than that I'm a very happy customer and would highly recommend this company in the future”

“Goods turned up in time for my builder to work on. Financing large sums with Klarna helps my cash flow. Only negative is that I have to pay for postage to return goods; no local branches to return to. That makes me careful to only order things I really need. Otherwise, I would have bought more if it is free to return goods.”
