“The parts for fitting tap were not there and no instructions we had to buy the parts then to find the bits that were there were European”

“Happy with the products and the guy on the phone when i chased was helpful. Could be a better delivery process though, there was 14 days between order and delivery even though I received 2 dispatch emails. The track link showed it to be in the couriers warehouse. I tried to call 2 times and couldn’t get through. Emailed and received no reply for 6 days. I finally got through on the 3rd call - the guy was very helpful and apologetic, called the couriers who had apparently been trying to contact me (no voicemails, texts or emails though). After being on the phone, it was delivered next day.”

“The quality of the small cupboard purchased was very good and it fitted into the space I bought it for perfectly. My only quibble was that holes for the door handle had not been drilled ready to fit it.They were marked, but not drilled.I am 77 so could have done without the hassle and my 92 year old husband agrees.”

“Great stock quality and prices. Would be good to have flexibility when items delivered - your courier service is entirely inflexible - saying they will return all stock if they can’t deliver kerbside within 1 week. That needs improvement.”

“Generally all went smoothly but despite the delivery email saying the courier would call 30mins before they never did, so managed to miss the delivery and had to keep calling them to understand when it was coming again.”

“Good products great prices delivery service good but don’t like to pay delivery charges when you have to order extras.Main delivery is free as total spend is over £500 pounds.But temptations to order extras attract delivery charge because money spent is under £500 pounds.Not fair as total spent is far more Should be assed together.could do with refund of £25.can you you do this pleased .”
