“items received appear to be of good quality, well packaged and arrived correct date. Time slot for delivery would have been useful as I took the day off and the parcel arrived after my finishing time! Items not fitted as yet but appear to be in order”

“The ordering of the bathroom suite and other products was easy but the delivery was a little less flexible than it could have been. More communication with the delivery driver would have been useful and would have prevented someone having to wait in all day for it to arrive.”
