“Delivery was as agreed, prompt and well-packaged. We bought the contents of one and a half bathrooms for a self-build, so the items haven't been installed yet. However, we have checked them carefully prior to storing and are very pleased with the quality of all the items.”

“The product and delivery were great. I had a query regarding the fixing of the toilet to the floor. I wanted to know if VP supplied plastic angled fixings or could guide me to a supplier. I phoned and was 5th in the list. When it got to 1 I was informed there were no staff available. You might also like the chance, rather than the change, on your invitation?”
