“Very competitive on pricing and a easy to use website. Had a bit of trouble with delivery via dpd. Was saying they had tried to delivery it but nobody in which there was plus the security system didn’t even see them on days they said they were delivering. Also put on it deliver to neighbour. Other than that all good”

“Order was really easy, however the delivery by palletways was shockingly poor. Was called the day before to be told that driver will call 1hr before delivery. Delivery was supposed to be between 0800 and 1700. He turned up at 1730 without prior phone call. I asked him to at least put the pallet lengthways in my front garden. He said that he is already late and doesn't have time and dumped on the footpath in front of my house. I unloaded the pallet with him sitting in the lorry phoning someone. I had no idea what to do with the leftover pallet and asked him if he could take it back. He again said that he is late and doesn't have time to take it back, yet he still stayed for another couple of minutes before driving off. Not happy about delivery at all!”
