“Absolutely impossible to speak to anyone at Victorian Plumbing. Tried to identify a product to replace a broken one (stressing I was happy to pay for it!) via email but constantly received automatic messages to say it was being dealt with. It wasn't. Tried calling but held and held and never got through. Tried to place the order via online chat help but they said they couldn't do it. Took nearly a month of emailing/calling etc before I eventually managed to get the help I needed to simply order a product. Company needs to invest in more customer service operators!”

“I placed a large order and although everything came on time, they sent the wrong shower. Its been well over a week and constant chasing; having I’m having difficulty getting the correct item sent which is delaying the installation of everything.”
