“I've had to use you a lot recently, due to an ongoing refurbishment of my business and I'm so impressed. I expected the quality to be there as I've used you many times in the past, but the ease in which one's able to order on line and the speed of delivery!? The service is particularly outstanding.”

“Item was damaged when delivered. Spoken to returns and they have I have to wait before I get the item picked up and refunded. This was over 4 weeks ago. Still waiting and all I am told is I need to wait. The item was delivered damaged so not sure why I the customer is at fault and I have not been given a refund?”
