“I ordered most of the components for my new shower room from Victoria Plumbing. We had one part changed for another in a batch which was done over the phone. Everyone I spoke with was courteous and very helpful. The goods arrived on a pallet all in good condition.”

“although order arrived on the day. it was delivered on a pallet and left in the road. it was too heavy for me to get into my house and i had to get 2 neighbours to help un pack and get into the house.”

“Ordered new shower tray and enclosure. As my installer as he lifted one door into place, it shattered into tiny pieces all over him, the bathroom and further. Requested replacement door, had to have complete enclosure sent. Explained urgent as I had recently had surgery, released from hospital within the week and had no bath or other facilities apart from the shower. Promised urgent delivery within 2 days. Subsequently had to follow up several times and only received the equipment 5 days later as it had been sent by lowest economy delivery. Fortunately I have an excellent installer who came the same day. As he was taking the goods off the pallet, we could hear the broken glass rattling in the box again. As one door was still intact, he managed to fix the shower. On calling Victorian Plumbing yet again about the broken items, I was told it must be the delivery company at fault - not Victorian Plumbing, they always sent replacement items on economy delivery and I still had a complete shower. They also never pay compensation for anything, would not escalate any complaint or feedback and my circumstances did not matter. I will ensure to avoid Victorian Plumbing for the rest of the supplies I need.”
