“Ordering and delivery was fine. The fitting instructions are not the best for example on the mixer shower and the Vanity unit but overall good Quality.”

“ordered a bathroom basin tap, delivered really fast with good communicatiin. the tap itself seems solid and of good quality, superior to the one replaced. its been fitted about a month so i cant talk in the long term but its a good start”

“The wrong items had been sent out to me, Ive tried to use available contacts to leave messages and only received automated replies without any answers. Ive sent the goods back and expecting a refund without any. reply to date. I will not be using this company again, and I won't to know when refund will be received”

“very pleased with my order of the kasbah sink..although ive just realised it has now been reduced by £30, so not so happy as I would have waited as not needed until January!! it was packaged very well and did arrive very quickly! So much for trying to be prepared...”

“The website was easy to navigate, delivery was extremely quick, the items were well-packaged and arrived safely and in perfect condition, and the overall service was excellent - I was kept up-to-date with the status of my order, and there were no problems. Plus this was the only place I could find on-line which sold what I was looking for. Very happy with everything, thank you.”

“Our bathroom mirror arrived on the date and time indicated. The packaging was the best I’ve seen, the mirror was safe and snug in its own case, fantastic. The mirror looks great and my wife is thrilled with it. Nice one Victorian Plumbing.”
