“We received damaged goods and first reported this one month ago. Still waiting for either a replacement or a full explanation. Messages saying ‘we are sorry for the delay’ are not good enough and very soon we will be demanding a refund if replacement cannot be supplied. Initially we were told would get a response in 5 to 7 working days - it is now 20 working days later Very poor service indeed.”

“Web site and choice are very good. The instructions for items provided are unclear, confusing and sometimes doesn’t even apply to the items sold. In one example I received two sets of instructions and both contradicted each other.”

“Our Goods were faulty. When registering the fault with the customer service team, they take over 2 weeks to get back to you ( i think this is a tactic so you give up). Then when they finally got back to me they said that they don't care that the product is faulty and they won't give me a refund. I can't stress enough, DO NOT USE VICTORIAN PLUMBING!”

“not entirely happy with items received. Plumber came to fit toilet and basin. He was unable to use tap as the water pipes are european fittings. He had to abandon the job and source a suitable tap incurring further expense. as for delivery paperwork stated that we would receive a call days beforehand indicating delivery date. We did not receive any call and luckily I was at home when delivered.”
