“I have purchased new bathroom suites from Victorian plumbing . The quality of their product and the service is excellent.The prices are also good on the website. I got my order delivered in just 2 days. It was very well packed and well protected so everything has arrived undamaged. Victorian plumbing is the place, if you want to get all your stuff from a reliable supplier hassle free.”

“Pallet of Bathroom Suite was delivered and was more than 7 Feet tall. Couldn't store in garage. Was very difficult to take all the goods off the pallet. Impossible to do alone. Bath that was ordered sloped in too much, so can't fit in it. Returns policy, pretty much impossible, so had to buy another bath and try and sell bath from Victorian Plumbing to recoup some funds. Will not be recommending and will not be using again.”

“I've received damaged goods. Have no way of getting replies from you. My plumber has bet cancelled. Awful. Waited half an hour in phone queue and no reply to emails. I will be telling others not to order from you.”

“They are after all just a retailer, they don't make the stuff, they buy it in and ship it out from a warehouse, the Company is probably a buyer, a web person, a shipping clerk, and some sort of accounts person. They snatch the money and ship quick, but don't expect ANY proper response to a query about the defective products they have shipped, they cry "Covid 19" is the reason why after weeks, they have failed to deal with very shoddy product supplied by them.”
