“Nice shower curtain, delivered quickly. Was actually a discontinued Dunelm product which I wasn't expecting. Would have thought it would be a little cheaper due to this. The curtain looks perfect in my bathroom though”

“Firm dealt swiftly with my order. Item itself is perfect for my requirement (an easy to hold and use control knob). Instructions were sparse and temperature control was neither screwed up tight nor adjusted to a proper maximum overrideable temperature. Now I’ve dealt with that I’m very happy.”

“I have a fault on the mirror product that I got sent and I have emailed twice and tried to call to resolve and to date I still have had anyone contact me to send the product back, terrible customer service, and I want a complete refund I don’t even want the mirror replacing as I have sourced one from elsewhere. Not the best of experiences”

“Bought a rain shower and mixer tap for the bath Shower hose supplied suits anyone under 5 foot Spent another £16.95 to get a correct length hose I should have researched it better as there is better priced on the market”
